v18 - Jesus was interupted by the ruler, but he went with him.
v20 - He was interupted again by the sick woman on the way, but he stopped and healed her.
v23~24 - He was opposed and rediculed, but he disregard them and went on his mission.
v28 - Jesus wanted to demostrate the blind men's faith--'Do you believe...?'
v34 - There always will be noises to discredit one's ministry (or mission). Some merely come from jealousy, others come from their own false believe. For the latter, Jesus usually challenged them and showed them how they were wrong.
v36 - Jesus had compassion on the crowds, for they were harassed and helpless.
