Mt 6:25 - 7:14

v 25 - life more important than food; body more important than clothes;

v31 - do not worry about eat and drink and wear; do not worry about tomorrow (each day has enough trouble of its own);


7:2 - do not judge or you too will be judge;

v5 - first take the plank out of your own eye, then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye;

v7 - ask-> be given; seek->find; knock->door will be opened;

v12 - summary of the Laws and the Prophets => do to others what you would have them do to you.

Jesus' teaching here can help us learn how to be a good person (zuo4 ren2). The first thing is to ask myself, 'if I were in that situation, how would I like to be treated?' Then treat others the same way. Just like switching roles (me with others): put myself in other's shoes, and then act as if others were myself.
