遵守诫命就是爱
爱主最重要的并不是感情的投入，而是思想和行为上的约束。基准就是神的话，就是圣经。没有这个准则，或是没有圣经的基础，就谈不上爱。所以说感情的投入是次要的。当然，也是爱主自然应有的一部分。

随着心意更新而变化
生命的成长和成圣都是渐进的， 必须有个过程。有时候我们心太急，走到了自己的前头，反而可能造成许多问题。比如说，有时日常生活中的小事，也会变成一种争扎（是该去读经呢，还是可以看电视）。我个人觉得这样过得会很累，跟随主的路变得很艰难。其实，这是不必要的。如果我们「随着」心意更新而变化，一切就变得自然，主的道路也就变得「容易」了。这里还有一个关键，就是相信生命会成长，心意会变化。而且这是神的工作（有人播种，有人浇灌，但让它生长的是神）。忽视了这一点，也是我们活得累的一个原因。

十字架讨厌的地方
The 'offense' or 'stumbling block' of the cross! To Jews, it's a whole new way, even seem to depart from their tradition. For example, all of a sudden the circumcision is not pivotal anymore. It's a 'paradime shift' brought to them by Christ, by the cross.
Now, for the rest of us that are not Jews, is the cross also a stumpling block? Shuld it be one? I think so. Doesn't it contradict our old way of life? Not on ircumcision, but the trends of the world, for example?
