Mt 18:1-22

• v1: Who's the greatest in the kingdom of heaven -> whoever humbles himself like a child.
• vv8-9: same as 5:29-30. Must be resolved! It is up to me.
  
• vv10-14: parable of the lost sheep -> God does not willing should any of us gets lost.
• vv15-20: When a brother sins against you:
• go and show him his fault
• in case:
• he listens -> you have won him over
• he does not listen -> take one or two others along (to be your witness)
• in case he still refuse -> tell it to the church
• in case he still refuse -> treat him as a pagan or a tax collector (allienate him)
• the esclation pattern is:
  
• private confrontation ->
  
• controlled exposure ->
  
• public exposure ->
• collective allienation.
• v18: same as 16:19 (which was given to Peter alone).
• vv19-20: God's promise:
• if two of you agree about anything you ask for -> God will do it;
• if two or three come together in Jesus's name -> Jesus will be there.
• vv21-22: where's my limit (when my brother sins against me): up to 7 times? No, 77 times (or 70x7 times)!
