Mt 18:23-19:12

• v23: therefore -> 70x7 times;
  
• vv23-35: we all are endebted and have been forgiven; therefore we shall forgive those who are endebted to us (v33);
  
• v35: forgive from heart.
• 19:4: when answering questions about divorcce, Jesus begain with the creation of Adam and Eve; he stressed that they are 'one flesh' (v5), and therefore shall not be separated by men (v6).
  
• vv7-8: the Pharisees countered with Moses' command, Jesus replied that's because men's heart were hard (v8). But that's not the way from the beginning, he added (v9).
• vv10-12: better not married? Jesus' answer implied 'yes', but that's not what everyone can accept (v11). It's a gift from God to some (v11). He even called upon those who can accept to accept it (v12).
