Mk 4:26-5:20

• v27:growth of kingdom of God-- it's a gradual process, and it'll become huge (v32);
• Jesus rebuked the wind and said to the waves, 'Quiet! Be still!' Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.
• 5:8: the demons, by the name of 'Legion' (for they are many), was the same ones driven out by Jesus from another person (v8), now they possessed another man in Gerasenes.
• v13: 2000 pigs drowned because the demons went into the pigs;
• v18: the man begged to go with Jesus, but Jesus declined. He asked the man to go and be a witness of the Lord's mercy to his family. And he did (v20).
