• Before the Sanhedrin
• Jesus mainly remained silent (v60,61),
  
• except when th high priest asked, 'Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed One?'
• to which Jesus replied
• I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on th clouds of heaven;
• They
• spit at him
• blindfolded him
• struck him with their fists
• beat him
• Peter disowned Jesus 3 times before the rooster crowed twice (vv66-72)
