Lk 8:4-21

• Parable of the Sower
• Luke's record on this is rather brief; it tells Jesus names all 4 categories and explains them one-by-one; in between Jesus called out (as if he is trying to reach out to those heard, but not really listening),
• He who has ears to hear, let him hear
• A lamp on a Stand
• all hidden -> disclosed
• all concealed -> known
• Therefore, be careful how you listen
• whoever has -> given more
• does not have -> taken away what he thinks he has
• hear God's words -> put it into practice
• those are my mother and my brother
